Indian insurance consultant in Bahrain commits suicide

Dubai, Aug 10 (IANS) An Indian worker in Bahrain has committed suicide by jumping from the fourth floor of an office building in the capital Manama. Kakkassery Varghese, 26, died Saturday after he jumped around 10.30 a.m., the Gulf Daily News reported.
“Almost all his bones were fractured and there was no way he would have survived the fall,” the report quoted sources in the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) as saying.
Varghese worked as an insurance consultant at the American Life Insurance Co (Alico).
He was reportedly suffering from depression as he failed to reach his sales targets.
Hailing from Kunnamkulam in Kerala, he had got married six months back and brought his wife to Bahrain only a month back. His body will be sent to his hometown in India.

This is the only one case ,there are lot simlarcasesnot comming out or not ending their life .over pressureized by the middle managements ,giving his sabordinates(mental Torturing )specially by asian middle&senior managers, they are very cruval , hide their un capabilitis inefficencies ,they do such ,with out the knowledge of employers./top mangements
(Arabs they are very kind enough& sympathic human nature)lots of them not commig out becausethey don’t want lose their jobs due to bountage of personal commitments, these Mgrs S.Mgrs are influance with the employers.
