Impaired vision drives youth to suicide
February 12th, 2011 - 10:36 pm ICT by IANSLucknow, Feb 12 (IANS) A youth suffering from “inferiority complex” due to blurred vision shot himself dead here Saturday, police said.Arvind Kumar, aged around 22 years, committed suicide inside his house in Mohanlalganj area.
“Preliminary investigations reveal that the victim was suffering from blurred vision, which in turn had generated inferiority complex in him. It was due to mental agony that Arvind killed himself,” a press statement issued here by the office of the director general of police said.
According to police, Kumar had on several occasions told his neighbours and associates that he would end his life as it was a burden for him.
