IGNOU launches course in aviation management

New Delhi, Dec 14 (IANS) The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a degree programme in aviation management and aviation technology, a varsity official said Monday.
The university has tied up with CIAL (Cochin International Airport Ltd) Academy for providing a two-year MBA programme and a one-year advanced diploma course in airport operations management and air cargo management.

A six-month certificate course in airport ramp handling, rescue and fire fighting, and security and intelligence will also be offered under the programme.

The number of seats for the MBA programme are 60 while for the diploma course and the certificate course there are 30 seats each, the official said.

    i am ravi ruhela from rajasthan , now my b.a study is going on by ignou, 2year (b.a)and i like to work in avation sector if have more detail about avation cours by ignou plz.

    i am 12th passed and appearing for DGCA papers to obtain CPL.I have done 50 Hrs of flight on Cessna 152 aircraft.
    Which Aviation related Bachelor Degree/Management course i can take up?
