Himachal assembly session from Dec 11
November 19th, 2008 - 9:12 pm ICT by IANSShimla, Nov 19 (IANS) The week-long winter session of the Himachal Pradesh legislative assembly will be held at Dharamsala in Kangra district from Dec 11, an official statement said Wednesday.A proposal to call the assembly session from Dec 11 to Dec 17 has been approved by Governor Prabha Rau.
Dharamsala, the seat of Tibetan government-in-exile, is considered as the winter capital of the hill state.
