Hasselhoff donates funds to kids’ hospice
June 4th, 2011 - 5:59 am ICT by IANSLondon, June 4 (IANS) Actor David Hasselhoff gave a massive donation to “Shooting Star Chase”, a hospice service that supports the families of seriously ill children.
Hasselhoff, who is now a judge on “Britain’s Got Talent”, was so impressed by funnyman Ian Royce’s dedication to raising cash for “Shooting Star Chase” that he also made a donation.
He also agreed to sponsor Royce’s 55-mile fundraising race from London to Brighton, on Britain’s south coast, later this month, reports contactmusic.com.
“David Hasselhoff has made a huge donation to my kids hospice and my bike ride for it! Go have a look and make a donation why your (sic) at it!!!… thank you David Hasselhoff for your amazing donation,” Royce posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
