Prince William London, May 13 (IANS) A boatload of food supplies - including ham, apples, cheese, eggs and strawberries - has reportedly been shipped to the British royal couple celebrating their honeymoon on the Indian Ocean island nation of Seychelles.

Prince William and his wife Catherine reportedly ordered quail eggs, packaged ham, Granny Smith apples and Philadelphia cheese, said The Sun.

The royal couple also ordered Brussels sprouts - green vegetables high in folic acid, which women are advised to take if they are trying to get pregnant.

A dozen bottles of 1999 Dom Perignon wine worth 120 pounds each are also part of the menu.

The couple were reportedly dropped on a small island by helicopter for a 10-day vacation.

“This is a tropical paradise but both William and Kate wanted to have a taste of home with them - man cannot live on lobster alone. They asked for some English basics, like the Philadelphia and Granny apples. But they have their luxuries as well,” a royal source said.
