Had productive meeting with Krishna: Hillary
July 19th, 2011 - 4:41 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, July 19 (IANS) Visiting US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Tuesday described as “very productive” her talks with External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna that focused on counter-terror ties between the two strategic partners.
Clinton, at a joint press conference with Krishna after the second strategic dialogue at the Hyderabad House here, thanked her host for a “very productive meeting”.
“I want to mention the emphasis we put on counter-terrorism,” she said, adding the US was with India in its fight against terrorism “which is also our fight against violent extremism”.
