December 29th, 2011 - 12:52 am ICT by IANSGhaziabad, Dec 28 (IANS) An Amity University student pursuing his Master’s degree in business administration committed suicide in Ghaziabad by shooting himself from the revolver of his father, police said Wednesday.
Vaibhav Sharma, 21, son of a government clerk, killed himself Tuesday night in Shastri Nagar neighbourhood, police said.
“The student had complained about the smoking habit of his roommate in hostel but this does not seem to be a cause of suicide. Some repercussions after his complaint to authorities might be the cause of suicide,” said Circle Officer-II Praveen Ranjan.
