Gambhir’s cousin, uncle arrested in road rage incident

New Delhi, June 4 (IANS) Cricketer Gautam Gambhir’s cousin and uncle were arrested Monday for beating a man in a road rage incident on May 24, police said.
Raghav Gambhir, 25, and his uncle Mahendra Pal Manchanda, 60, were arrested Monday from Dhaula Kuan and produced before a district court in connection with the road rage incident.
The Delhi court sent them to 14 days judicial custody, police said.
The duo had beaten up a taxi driver, Jaspal Singh, on May 23-24 night at Pusa Road after Singh’s car grazed against their vehicle.
The cab driver was returning home after dropping passengers in west Delhi area and heading towards Karol Bagh when his car grazed Raghav’s car.
