Four shops gutted in fire
June 19th, 2010 - 8:06 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, June 19 (IANS) Four shops were gutted in a fire at a central Delhi market Saturday, an official said. There were no casualties.
The fire broke out in the garment shops in Kinari Bazaar market of Chandni Chowk at around 12 noon, the official said. Over 20 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and took four hours to douse the blaze.
The reasons for the fire and financial damage caused are yet to be ascertained.
