Four of a family found killed in Jharkhand
September 23rd, 2011 - 9:22 pm ICT by IANSRanchi, Sep 23 (IANS) Four of a family were found dead, with their throats slit open, in Jharkhand’s Khuti district early Friday, police said.
According to the state police, the bodies of Arun Mahto, his wife and two children were found at two places in the district Friday morning.
The bodies of Mahto and his wife were found near Dugdunia village and those of their two sons near Jamuadag village, both places in Khuti district, which is around 70 km from Ranchi.
“The motive for the murder is still not known. We are investigating the case,” a police official told IANS over the phone.
In a similar incident, a couple was found killed in Gumla district of teh state Thursday night.
