Four Maoists handed over to police by villagers
August 14th, 2010 - 12:49 am ICT by IANSKolkata, Aug 13 (IANS) Four Maoists were caught by villagers and handed over to police in West Bengal’s West Midnapore district Friday.
Police said the four arrested were members of a Maoist action squad.
“Mohan Mahato, Tapan Mahato, Ravi Mahato and Choitanya Mura were caught by villagers in the Belpahari area and handed over to us,” said a West Midnapore district police officer.
