Four killed in China firework plant blast
November 17th, 2008 - 12:09 pm ICT by IANSGuangzhou (China), Nov 17 (Xinhua) Four people were killed and two seriously injured in an explosion at a firework plant in southern China, officials said Monday.The accident occurred Sunday night at an illegal village firework plant in Guangdong province’s Dianbai county, provincial officials said.
The two injured were rushed to a nearby hospital where their condition is said to be critical.
An investigation into the cause of the accident was under way.
