Starting Saturday, a group of former child labourers will launch an awareness campaign on the issue through theatre.
Mukti Caravan, the theatre group, will go around the city performing and spreading the message to discourage child labour.
Initiated by Bachpan Bachao Andolan (BBA), the campaign will last for a week.
Besides sensitising people, the campaign will try and encourage people to sign online petitions asking the government to enforce child labour laws more strictly.
