Foggy start to day, but Delhiites saved from delays

New Delhi, Feb 4 (IANS) The capital woke up to a foggy morning Wednesday but the clouds lifted soon after, saving Delhiites from any fog related delays at the airport and elsewhere.”There was a shallow fog in the morning and the runway visibility did drop. But with the clouds lifting and making way for a bright day, there were hardly any fog delays in the airport,” an airport official said.

The temperatures also continued to remain normal, with the minmimum temperature recorded at 8.9 degrees Celsius.

The meteorological department said the maximum temperature will however hover around 27 degree Celsius, which is four degrees above the normal temperature around this time of the year.
