Foggy morning in Delhi
November 21st, 2011 - 11:42 am ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Nov 21 (IANS) Delhiites woke up to a foggy Monday morning with a chill in the air. However, a clear day awaits the capital.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 27 degree Celsius.
The minimum temperature was recorded two notches above average at 15 degrees, which the weatherman attributed to fog.
“Fog traps heat, so the temperature is slightly higher,” an IMD official said.
On Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 27.7 degrees.
