Five killed in road, rail accidents

Ranchi, June 15 (IANS) Five people, including three pilgrims, were killed in two separate incidents in Jharkhand’s Deoghar district Wednesday, police said.

Three people died when a vehicle in which they were travelling collided with a tree at Kothiyamore, around 400 km from Ranchi. They were going to a Shiva temple.

In another incident, two motorcycle riding youths were killed after being hit by a passenger train near Jasidih railway station.
