Five killed in Pakistan train attack
August 28th, 2011 - 5:44 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Aug 28 (IANS) At least five people were killed and 17 injured Sunday when a passenger train was attacked by gunmen in Pakistan, a media report said.
The incident took place around 1.30 p.m. when a train to Peshawar was attacked near Mach, some 60 km from Balochistan provincial capital Quetta, Xinhua reported citing Urdu TV channel Duniya.
The report did not say how many people were involved in the attack.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
