Five killed in Jharkhand road accident

Ranchi, July 7 (IANS) Five people were killed and six injured when the vehicle they were travelling in after attending a marriage party skidded off the road and fell into a pit in a Jharkhand village Monday, the police said. According to the police, 11 people were in the Bolero SUV when the accident occurred near Barharwa village, in Sahebganj district, around 520 km from here. The Bolero has a capacity of eight.

Three of the injured, who are in hospital, are said to be in critical condition.
