Five killed in accident
April 15th, 2010 - 8:18 pm ICT by IANSBhopal, April 15 (IANS) At least five people were killed on the spot and six others were severely injured when their auto-rickshaw collided with another vehicle in Madhya Pradesh’s Satna district, police said Thursday.
“The accident occurred late Wednesday night when the victims belonging to Khaira village in neighbouring Rewa district were returning from a marriage party,” Satna Superintendent of Police Hari Singh Yadav told IANS on phone.
The accident took place at Singholi village in the district, 377 km from Bhopal.
The injured have been admitted to a government hospital.
