Five injured as cylinder bursts in Madhya Pradesh’s fair
January 3rd, 2011 - 3:38 pm ICT by IANSBhopal, Jan 3 (IANS) At least five people were injured when a cylinder exploded at a fair in Bhopal’s Satna district in Madhya Pradesh Sunday midnight, police said.”A cylinder, used to fill gas in balloons, burst in the fair. A few people were injured and they were sent to hospital,” police officer Sandeep Dixit said.
The Vindhya Business Fair was held in Satna district, over 370 km from Bhopal.
The fair’s organiser, Yogesh Tamarkar, said: “The five injured are out of danger. Among them, only the balloon seller received major injuries in his leg.”
