Fire in Delhi factory
May 20th, 2011 - 12:36 am ICT by IANSNew Delhi, May 19 (IANS) A major fire broke out at a printing press-cum-plastic factory in east Delhi Thursday afternoon after a short-circuit in a generator, a fire official said. No one was injured.
The fire broke out in the Patparganj industrial area. “Around 25 people were working in the factory at the time of the fire. No one has been injured,” said the official.
It took 25 fire tenders two hours to douse the flames. Ravi Kochha, the owner of the factory, is being questioned by the police.
