Father, son found hanging, maid arrested
August 20th, 2011 - 10:11 pm ICT by IANSKolkata, Aug 20 (IANS) A father and his son allegedly committed suicide here Saturday due to torture by their maid servant, police said.
The 62-year-old man and his 32-year-old son were found hanging in their house by the neighbours.
“A note kept near the bodies said they had been forced to commit suicide to escape the torture by the maid servant,” said Inspector-in-Charge Ashoke Sen.
The servant was arrested.
