Falak case: Court wants guidelines for media
February 8th, 2012 - 5:24 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Feb 8 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Wednesday asked the government to constitute a committee on a plea seeking framing of guidelines to regulate media reporting and disclosure of details related to children in cases like that of baby Falak.
Falak, who is two years old, was admitted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences here Jan 18 with severe head injuries and bite marks all over her face.
