Ex-army official’s house burgled
February 9th, 2012 - 8:04 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Feb 9 (IANS) A retired army official’s house was burgled in the capital city, a police official said Thursday.
The break-in was reported from retired Brigadier Shyam Prashad’s house at Babar Road in New Delhi’s Bengali Market area around 10.30 a.m. Wednesday.
At the time of the burglary, Prashad and his wife were not at home.
He claimed that the burglars escaped with Rs.75,000 and two gold coins.
