England bowled out for 316 in first innings

Harbhajan SinghChennai, Dec 12 (IANS) England were bowled out for 316 runs in their first innings against India on the second day of the first cricket Test match at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here Friday.Opener Andrew Strauss was the highest scorer with 123 while Alastair Cook (52) and Matt Prior (53 not out) played crucial knocks. Indian spinners Harbhajan Singh and Amit Mishra picked up three wickets each.
