Engineering entrance to be held on April 25
September 29th, 2009 - 3:14 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Sep 29 (IANS) The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), which paves the way for admission to top technology institutions like the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), will be held on April 25 next year.
The exam would be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
AIEEE helps students get admission into 20 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology, deemed universities and government-funded institutions, among others.
Last year, nearly 10 lakh students appeared for the examination.
