Emirates to host world airline squash tournament
October 23rd, 2011 - 1:05 am ICT by IANSDubai, Oct 22 (IANS/WAM) Emirates airlines will host this year’s World Airline Squash Tournament for the fourth time in Dubai between Oct 24 and 28.
The tournament is recognised internationally as the most important squash event among non-professionals.
The annual tournament is hosted by an international airline from a different country each year.
The event will bring together amateur players from 10 airlines - Emirates, Aer Lingus, Air New Zealand, Air Nuigini, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Kuwait Airways, Singapore Airlines, Qantas and Qatar Airways. The teams will be made up of five men and two women players.
