Eight killed in Pakistan firing

Islamabad, March 25 (IANS) At least eight people were killed and five injured Friday when unidentified militants fired at two passenger buses in northwest Pakistan.
The incident took place in Began area of Hangu town in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province along the Afghan border, Xinhua reported citing Urdu TV channel Dunya.
The two buses caught fire due to the shooting.
Security forces rushed to the site, but the militants fled.
A large number of Taliban militants reportedly have their base in Hangu. A week ago, eight people were killed in a similar firing incident.
