Chandigarh, July 12 (IANS) Topper, a curriculum-based TV channel, plans to supplement the educational system by launching a contact programme in 500 Punjab schools that follow the Central Board of Secondary Education pattern. “We have developed a school contact programme under which we will contact 500 schools in Punjab in the next few months. We will educate students, teachers and parents about Topper’s benefits in supplementing the educational system,” said Sricharan Iyengar, Topper’s co-founder.
Topper went on air in February and in the last four months has got 30,000 registered users all over the country. A subscription to Topper will give students access to the TV channel as well as to the website www.topperlearning.com.
