Don’t close riots case probe against Tytler, court told

New Delhi, Feb 16 (IANS) The widow of a 1984 anti-Sikh riots victim has moved a Delhi court against a magistrate’s order rejecting her plea to not close a probe against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a communal violence case.

The magistrate earlier rejected Lakhwinder Kaur’s plea opposing a decision of the Central Bureau of Investigation to close the probe against Tytler.

The additional sessions court would next hear the case March 19.
