Deportivo La Coruna signs Portuguese winger Pizzi
July 12th, 2012 - 9:36 pm ICT by IANSMadrid, July 12 (IANS) Deportivo La Coruna has signed winger Pizzi from Portuguese side Sporting Braga, the newly promoted La Liga club confirmed Thursday.
The 22-year-old Pizzi used to be a member of Portugal’s under-21 team and was loaned to Atletico Madrid last season, reports Xinhua.
No details about the signing were disclosed and Deportivo will formally present Pizzi later Thursday.
Deportivo suffered relegation in 2010-2011 season and were promoted back to La Liga in May.
