Delhi University asked to give migration certificate to student
October 20th, 2009 - 9:03 pm ICT by IANS ( 3 comments )New Delhi, Oct 20 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Tuesday interceded on behalf of a student, asking Delhi University (DU) and Swami Shraddhanand College to issue migration certificate to her so that she could shift to another college.
Justice Geeta Mittal asked the Swami Shraddhanand College to issue migration certificate to Neelam Chopra so that she can get admission in Kirorimal College.
Chopra, a second year B.A (H) Geography student of Swami Shraddhanand College who wanted
to migrate to Kirorimal College which is nearer her home in north Delhi, had approached the court since the college was not issuing her a migration certificate.
Her counsel, Ashok Agarwal, pleaded that as she suffers allergic rhinitis, her doctors have advised her to travel less. She is also myopic and cannot see bus numbers easily and thus wanted to migrate to the other college.
However, despite several requests, Swami Shraddhanand College did not issue her a migration certificate, delaying her admission in Kirorimal College.

As i had given Exams of B.com 2nd year from du and in had never expected so less marks i got as my eco exam was good not best but i m confident that i would get at least 50 marks but i was shocked by seeing my result as only 25 marks in eco as good lines said by shashank that these teachers come only to make money playing with the life of a student they dont eve think about students that with how much effort they study and there exams papers go in such a careless hands for checking. students think that there exams was awsome and will get good marks but dont know what the Invaligator thinks when he checks the papers as no more want to say i will very thankful to the person who will check it and take any action on this.
