New Delhi, March 26 (IANS) A fire broke out at a rubber factory in outer Delhi’s Jahangirpuri Saturday morning, fire officials said. No casualties were reported.

“The accident happened around 4.30 a.m. The rubber materials in the factory made the fire spread easily. We are looking into the possible causes,” a fire brigade official said.

The factory is located in the Jahangirpuri industrial area that houses factories and shops.

“Around 16 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the fire was extinguished around 7.15 a.m.,” added the official.
