New Delhi, May 21 (IANS) Delhi Police will try and reduce the crime rate among the children and juveniles, Commissioner B.K. Gupta said here Saturday.

“Delhi Police have always been concerned for the children. “Delhi Police will fully support initiatives of controlling the crime rate amongst youth and their rehabilitation,” Gupta added.

Helpline ‘Yuva Connect’, launched by Gupta, is a joint initiative of Delhi Police, the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) and Prayas Institute of Juvenile Justice.
