Delhi medical college ties up with University of Edinburgh
November 17th, 2011 - 1:06 am ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Nov 16 (IANS) The Delhi government’s Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Edinburgh, Britain, to promote cooperation in research and teaching, Delhi Health Minister A.K. Walia said here Wednesday.
“The collaboration between the MAMC and the University of Edinburgh will enable both the organisations to derive synergies from their respective strengths and would benefit students, academicians as also clinical and non-clinical research and treatment,” said Walia.
The University of Edinburgh, founded in 1583, is a world-renowned centre for teaching and research.
