Death sentence of Manjunath’s murderer commuted
December 11th, 2009 - 6:45 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Lucknow, Dec 11 (IANS) The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court Friday commuted the death sentence of the murderer of Indian Oil Corporation executive S.Manjunath to life imprisonment.
A division bench of Justice K.K.Misra and Justice Dharam Veer Sharma converted the death sentence awarded by the trial court to petrol pump owner Pawan Jumar Mittal alias Monu Mittal to that of life imprisonment.
