Cousin, uncle held for siblings’ murder
January 3rd, 2012 - 6:37 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Jan 3 (IANS) A cousin and an uncle of a young woman and her brother, found murdered in their house in central Delhi the day before, have been arrested in connection with the killings, police said Tuesday. A property dispute is suspected to be the motive behind the crime.
The bodies of Shalini, 23, and Vishal, 19, were found in their house in Ranjit Nagar Monday.
The victims’ cousin taken into custody was identified as Ginny. Police did not share the name of the other accused.

“After questioning relatives and neighbours of the victims, we narrowed down on their uncle and cousin. They were questioned during which they confessed to the crime,” said the official.
