Kedar Prasad Meena was arrested Wednesday from his home at Palam Colony for tampering with documents at Dwarka court, a police official told IANS.
He tampered with two summons sent to the Gujarat High Court.
Meena told police that he did this to damage the reputation of the magistrate as he had been rebuked by the latter in the open court.
“He also said that he used the judicial stamp of the magistrate,” said the police official.
