Cool day in Delhi, rain expected Monday (Lead)
April 10th, 2011 - 8:29 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 10 (IANS) After a cool and pleasant Sunday, the weather office has forecast rain in the national capital Monday.
Delhi had a maximum temperature four notches below average at 32 degrees Celsius Sunday and the minimum at 20 degrees while the humidity levels ranged between 59 and 26 percent.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a partly cloudy sky with the possibility of thunderstorms is expected in the national capital Monday.
“The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 34 and 22 degrees Celsius,” the IMD official said.
