Chowdary on TiE global board

Chowdary, president of the Hyderabad chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), has been elected to serve on the board of trustees of TiE Global for a two-year term.Chowdary, managing director of NVIDIA Graphics India, has contributed to several reputed organisations in his career spanning over 25 years, said a statement released here Tuesday.
In his role as a director of Software Technology Parks of India (STPIs) in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, he played a key role in the spurt of outsourced software development and the setting up of many an Indian operation of multinational companies.
He has also held several key positions in industry circles and has been championing the growth of IT in Andhra Pradesh.
TiE is a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting entrepreneurship. It helps budding entrepreneurs by way of advice, guidance and assistance from successful and experienced entrepreneurs and professionals.
