Yash Pal Sharma, the police officer who investigated the case, told IANS that the teenager, 17, was taking a walk after dinner Thursday night in Sector 27 of this city when assistant sub-inspector Dalwinder Singh, passing that way on his official motorcycle, stopped him and asked what was he doing there at that hour.
