Chain-snatchers rob Delhi woman, fire in air
May 2nd, 2010 - 9:14 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi May 2 (IANS) Two motorcycle-borne men fired shots in the air and snatched a chain from a woman outside a Metro station in east Delhi Sunday, police said.
“The incident took place in the afternoon as Anju Sethi, a resident of Pandav Nagar, was going in a rickshaw along with another woman. Two men on a motorcycle fired in the air and snatched her chain,” a police official told IANS.
The incident took place outside Mayur Vihar Phase-I Metro station.
