Call girl racket busted in Ghaziabad
January 15th, 2012 - 10:59 pm ICT by IANSGhaziabad, Jan 15 (IANS) A call girl racket was busted in Ghaziabad and seven people, including three prostitutes and two customers, arrested, police said Sunday.
Additional Superintendent of Police Amit Verma said that acting on a tipoff that the racket was being carried out from the upcoming Mohan Nagar area, a decoy customer was sent to finalise a deal. He then signalled a waiting police team, which raided the flat. Two customers, three call girls, a pimp and a driver were arrested from the spot.
The arrested customers revealed their identity as Arun Nagpal and Tarun. The driver, Davendra Sharma, and pimp Rajkumar disclosed they also used to provide call girls from countries like Russia on demand, Verma said.
