Butler, Worthington to star in ‘Hunter Killer’
October 15th, 2011 - 8:59 am ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 15 (IANS) Actor Gerard Butler and Sam Worthington are reportedly in talks to appear in “Hunter Killer”.
The film is based on a novel, “Firing Point”, written by George Wallace and Don Keith.
Contactmusic.com reports that the movie follows a rogue Russian general who kidnaps his country’s president, who is pursued by an untested submarine captain - the role Gerard is in negotiations for - and a Navy Seal unit, which Worthington is said to be playing.
The film, scheduled to begin shooting later this year, will be directed by Antoine Fuqua.
