Businessman shot dead in Delhi
May 9th, 2012 - 5:22 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, May 9 (IANS) A 53-year-old businessman who ran a button factory was shot dead here by two men, police said Wednesday.
Hazi Abdul Matin was shot around 8.40 p.m. Tuesday inside his office in east Delhi’s Jafrabad area. He was rushed to the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital where he was declared dead.
“Prima facie it seems to be a case of personal animosity. The culprits fired more than six bullets, indicating their motive was to kill him,” a police officer said.
