Businessman, guard shot dead in Patna
October 14th, 2009 - 7:54 pm ICT by IANSPatna, Oct 14 (IANS) A businessman and a private security guard were Wednesday shot dead by unidentified assailants in broad daylight in two incidents in this Bihar capital, police said.
Sibu Alam, a businessman in his early 30s, was shot dead in a colony under Phulwarisharief police station here.
In the other incident, Anil Singh, a private security guard, was killed near Chiraiyatal bridge under kotwali police station.
The two incidents of killing in Patna two days before Diwali have created panic among the people here.
