Deputy Commissioner (Shimla) J.S. Rana said the Himachal Road Transport Corporation bus fell into a rivulet at around 5.30 p.m. near Kupvi in Chopal subdivision, some 145 km from state capital Shimla.
“Rescue teams have reached the spot but a downpour is hampering the rescue operations,” he said.
The bus was on way to Kupvi from Shimla.
