Briton found dead in Goa room
January 3rd, 2012 - 12:29 pm ICT by IANSPanaji, Jan 3 (IANS) A British national was found dead in mysterious circumstances in his rented room in a Goa village, police said Tuesday.
John David Tagg, who was living with a friend from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Siolim, a sleepy coastal village 30 km from here, was found dead Monday. He appeared to have died in his sleep and was found by locals, a police official said.
“There had come to Goa on the year-end,” the official said, adding that the premises had been sealed.
“The post mortem of the deceased will make the cause of death clear,” police said.
