Boys use pistol to rob shop of ice cream, biscuits

Wellington, March 1 (DPA) Three robbers, described by witnesses as boys looking no more than 14 years old, robbed at gunpoint a suburban Auckland shop owned by an Indian, fleeing with ice cream and chocolate biscuits, according to news reports Sunday.
The trio, who threatened Indian shopkeeper Shazia Hussain, while her two-month-old baby slept in a back room, in Saturday’s daylight heist also demanded cigarettes and money before running off.

Police were questioning a suspect, the Herald on Sunday newspaper reported.
